ReviewWheel reads the completion and pulls the service description

The service description is the part that gets used in the customer-facing message — “thanks for letting us handle your quarterly perimeter treatment today” beats “thanks for your service” by a clear margin in this vertical, where customers don’t always remember the technical name of what they’re paying for.

A personalized request goes out the same day

Branded SMS or email lands while the homeowner is still seeing the visible result of the work — the lawn freshly treated, the pool clear, the bug pressure dropping. The message uses the customer’s name and references the specific service performed.
