One finished job is one request. A review request is a customer of yours entering our multi-step, multi-channel review request sequence. This includes multiple texts and emails with personalized images and language we relentlessly test to get you the most reviews possible.

Add your card, get full access, start getting reviews. We don't charge you for 10 days. Cancel any time in those 10 days and you won't be billed. On day 11, you're billed at your plan's monthly rate (or annual if you picked annual).
