Calendly + ReviewWheel

For service businesses that run on a booking-based model — inspectors, consultants, smaller home service operators — Calendly is often the entire scheduling stack. ReviewWheel reads the meeting-completed event and sends a personalized review request to the attendee using the booking's contact details.

How it works

A Calendly meeting reaches its scheduled end time

For solo operators, inspectors, and consultants whose service is essentially the appointment itself, Calendly is often the entire operational stack — the booking is the sale, the meeting is the work, and the end of the meeting is the moment the relationship closes. ReviewWheel waits a short buffer past the scheduled end time (default 30 minutes) so we don’t fire while the appointment is still running long, then triggers the review request.

ReviewWheel pulls the booking record from Calendly

Booker name, email, booking time, and the service type (Calendly event type name) all flow into the request queue. The event type name is the part that gets used to personalize the message — “thanks for the home inspection today” reads differently than “thanks for the discovery call” or “thanks for the consultation,” and Calendly carries that data in the event-type label automatically.

A request lands shortly after the appointment ends

Branded SMS or email goes out about 30 minutes after the scheduled end of the meeting. Booker’s name, your logo, one-tap to Google. For inspectors who run 4–6 inspections a day on a Calendly link, this is the cleanest automation path you can build: every completed inspection becomes a request, every request that converts becomes a fresh review on the Google Business Profile that drives the next inspection booking. The cycle is mechanical, the work to maintain it is zero, and the review velocity builds week over week with no admin overhead.
