Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how trials, billing, cancellations, and refunds work for ReviewWheel subscriptions. It is part of the Terms of Service.
1. 10-day free trial
New subscriptions start with a 10-day free trial. We collect a payment method at signup but do not charge it during the trial. You can cancel any time during the trial — from your dashboard, in two clicks — and you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, your first charge runs on day 11 and your subscription begins.
2. 30-day money-back guarantee
Our money-back guarantee is performance-based and covers your first paid month. We guarantee that ReviewWheel will facilitate the generation of at least one new review for your business through our system during your risk-free period — roughly the first 40 days from signup, spanning your 10-day free trial and the 30-day guarantee window. If it does not, request a refund within the 30-day guarantee window (the 30 days following your first charge) and we will refund your first month's subscription fee in full. If ReviewWheel does facilitate at least one new review during that period, the guarantee has been satisfied.
How to request: use the one-click "request refund" option in your dashboard during the guarantee window, or email [email protected]. Refunds are processed to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
3. After the guarantee window
- Subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period. You can cancel any time to stop future renewals, but we do not provide prorated or partial-period refunds for the period already paid, except where required by law.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period; you keep access until then.
4. Annual plans
The money-back guarantee applies on the same performance basis (§2): if ReviewWheel does not facilitate at least one new review for your business through our system during your risk-free period (roughly the first 40 days from signup), request a refund within the 30 days following your first annual charge and we will refund the full annual payment. If it does facilitate at least one new review during that period, the guarantee has been satisfied. After that window, annual plans are non-refundable for the remainder of the term (no prorated or partial refunds), though you may cancel any time to prevent the next annual renewal.
5. Failed payments and involuntary cancellation
If a payment fails, we may retry and may suspend or cancel the subscription until payment is resolved (Terms §5). Amounts already paid are handled under this policy.
