As Dan's wife and business partner, Elizabeth is both the reason for ReviewWheel and the reason it works. A certified Montessori educator with a degree in Business Administration, she runs internal operations, logistics, and the systems that keep Dan free to be on the phone with customers.

A small Customer Success team handles setup and the day-to-day. But every sales call and every support call comes to Dan. No phone tree. No tier-one rep. The founder picks up.
