During your setup call, your setup lead wires ReviewWheel to your tool via Zapier, configures the job-complete trigger, and your review requests start flowing the same day. The setup is included with every plan, just like every other integration.
On your setup call, your setup lead asks what system handles your jobs. If ReviewWheel doesn’t have a direct integration, Zapier almost certainly does — 7,000+ apps and counting, including most home service tools we haven’t built native connections for yet.
Your setup lead configures the Zapier connection in real time during your setup call. The trigger — job complete, payment received, status change, whatever fits your workflow — gets mapped to ReviewWheel’s review request engine. You don’t have to learn Zapier or maintain anything afterward.
Once the Zap is live, every triggering event in your tool fires a personalized review request to your customer — exactly the same experience as any directly supported integration. The Zapier layer is invisible to you and your customers.

The end result is the same: completed jobs in your tool become personalized review requests to your customers. The Zapier integration is the bridge when ReviewWheel doesn't connect natively to your specific tool — it works identically once configured, just with a Zapier layer in between that you'll never have to touch.
Most setups work on Zapier's Starter plan (~$20/month) or higher, depending on your review volume. We'll size the right plan with you during your setup call before any setup begins.
Reach out at [email protected] with the tool you use. If it has any kind of API or webhook, we can almost certainly build a custom connection. If it has neither, manual CSV import is a fallback that works for lower-volume operations.
Zapier setups take about 30 minutes during your setup call, versus 15-20 for native integrations. The extra time is configuring the Zap trigger and field mapping — once it's running, the customer experience is identical.
