Data Deletion
Effective date: January 1, 2026
Last updated: July 28, 2026
This page explains how to ask ReviewWheel LLC ("ReviewWheel," "we," "us") to delete the data we hold about you. It applies to ReviewWheel Customers (the home service businesses who use our Services) and to anyone who has connected a social account to ReviewWheel. For the full picture of what we collect and why, see our Privacy Policy.
Your confirmation code:
You reached this page from a data-deletion request. Include this code when you contact us so we can match your request.
1. How to request deletion
Email [email protected] from the email address on your account and tell us what you want deleted. You can also reach us at [email protected]. We verify the request as required by law before we act on it, and we confirm by email when it's done.
We do not yet offer a self-serve deletion button inside the app. Today, the email path above is how deletion requests are handled. A person on our team actions them.
2. What we can delete
Depending on your relationship with ReviewWheel, this can include:
- Your account and business information: name, email, phone, business details, and account settings.
- Connected-service credentials: the access tokens we store for services you've connected, such as your Google Business Profile and your social accounts (see Section 3).
- Consumer contact lists you uploaded or connected so we could send review requests on your behalf.
Some data is kept even after a deletion request where the law allows or requires it, for example, records we need for accounting, fraud prevention, or to resolve a dispute. Our standard retention windows are described in the Privacy Policy (Section 7).
Marketing materials are separate. Deleting your account data does not end our use of your results, name, business name, and logo in marketing. That use runs under the license in Terms § 18.2 and is revoked only by the written letter described in Terms § 18.3.
3. Social account connections
When you connect a Facebook Page, Instagram Business account, or LinkedIn Page to ReviewWheel, we store an access token so we can publish posts to that page on your behalf (for example, turning a 5-star review or a completed-job photo into a branded post). We store the token and the page's name and identifier. We do not store your personal social profile.
There are two ways to remove a social connection, and you can use either or both:
- Disconnect inside ReviewWheel. On the Social Posting screen, turn off a connected page. This removes the stored token from your ReviewWheel account and stops any further posting.
- Remove ReviewWheel from the platform. You can revoke ReviewWheel's access from the platform's own settings at any time: Facebook and Instagram under Settings → Business Integrations, and LinkedIn under your page's connected apps. Removing ReviewWheel from Facebook also notifies us to delete the data tied to that connection.
However you remove a connection, you can always email [email protected] to confirm the stored token has been deleted.
4. How long it takes
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. If a request will take longer or a legal exception applies to part of it, we'll tell you.
